This beautiful pink ficus likes a moderate amount of water. Test the top 1-2 inches of soil, if it's dry, it's time to water. The Ruby likes bright indirect light to help nurture the pink hues, as bright as possible without exposing her to direct sun, which will scorch the leaves.
